About the event

Prepare to have a unique evening bespoke experience like no other!  It will start off with a group Sound Bath Meditation at the invitingly gorgeous WaterFire Winery grounds. A post-session mindful wine tasting and charcuterie will inspire and awaken your senses as we discuss not just the body and mind but also the land and wine-making process.  We're taking mindfulness to a new level!

Imagine feeling relaxed as you hear the sounds from quartz crystal bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, and more.  Not only do you hear these unique sounds but also experience their vibration throughout your body.  Sound, vibration, and frequency all interact powerfully with our bodies, cleansing and rejuvenating us at the deepest cellular levels.  This modality empowers you to tap into your inherent ability to connect with yourself and expand your awareness and well-being.

Wine tasting invites us to learn, observe, appreciate, and enjoy a beautiful creation that celebrates nature and the care that goes into making every sip special.  Learning to enjoy each sip from a grounded mindful place will change how you mindfully sip and embrace wine!

This is self-care on a whole new level!

This is a no-movement experience and no meditation experience is needed.

How do I dress?

  • Dress comfortably as you will be lying down on the floor.
  • You will be asked to take off your shoes, so socks are recommended
  • Wear layers so you can adjust to your comfort level throughout the session.

What do I bring?

The goal is your comfort! Anything that will keep you comfortable, warm, and cozy during an hour session on the floor is what you should bring!

  • Yoga/Exercise Mat
  • Pillows
  • Blankets
  • Eye Mask (optional)
  • Journal (optional)
