Join us on September 8th for an evening of wild foods with local foraging expert Clay Bowers and the talented chefs Pat and Mike Evans of Conifer.


Reserve your ticket to experience a hands on, educational hike with Clay Bowers of http://www.nomiforager.com, as he guides us through the diverse terrain of our sustainable vineyards. Dress for a moderate hike through the grasslands, forests, and wetlands. 

 

The expedition will begin at 4:00, but we welcome you to arrive ahead of time for wine tasting and mingling with fellow guests. At 6:00 you will be served a meal of wild foods, foraged from our land and neighboring areas. Conifer will share with you his passion for forage & farm-to-table. 


Tickets will include up to two hours with Clay in the field, dinner, and a 2oz wine pairing with each dish. Payment is due at the time of reservation and space is limited to 20! This event books fast
