Our Story.
WaterFire Vineyards was re-established in June of 2025 and is now under the ownership of the Anguilm family and the Watts-Allen family. Kyle and Olivia Anguilm, along with Brianna Watts and Nick Allen, joked about owning a business together someday over a game of euchre. They stumbled upon the listing for the vineyard and took a trip up to Kewadin to see what it was all about. Upon arrival, they were blown away by the views, the land, and the quality of the wine. After a few days of planning, questioning, and dreaming of the future, they all decided to take the chance.
Their goal as a team is to grow WaterFire Vineyards into a community staple while maintaining sustainable practices. Supporting local businesses to help the community thrive while providing a place for people to gather, relax, and enjoy all that Northern Michigan has to offer.
Cheers to chasing your dreams and welcome to WaterFire Vineyards!
